How do the treatments take place?

During the sessions, we perform personalized movement and breathing exercises, as well as apply relaxation techniques and massage methods that support stress relief, rehabilitation, and pain managemen

What issues is movement therapy recommended for?

Movement therapy is effective for various muscle and joint stiffness, pain (e.g., neck, shoulder, back, and lower back complaints), musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and stress management.

What should I wear and bring with me?

Wear comfortable clothing, and if your feet get cold easily, bring warm socks. Yoga equipment is provided by the studio. If it's your first visit, it's a good idea to bring any medical records or test results related to your musculoskeletal issues.

How long is a session? 

A session lasts at least 60 minutes, but 90 minutes is more ideal. 🙂
